Products

Snuffle Mats & Balls

  • All Snuffle Mats & Balls are handmade so sizes and colours options will differ.
  • We currently offer two sizes Mats only Small 20x20cm and standard 35 x 35cm.
  • We recommend you monitor your dog during use, as in some cases dogs made need to learn how to use the Snuffle Mat and Balls appropriately.
  • If your pet chews either the Snuffle Mat or Ball we recommend replacing it as both contain material and rubber that are not intended to be swallowed.
  • If the material tie comes off from the Snuffle ball this can be easily tied back on.
  • Mat and balls are fully washable, wash separately on a gentle wash and then air dry - DO NOT tumble dry.
  • Snuffle Mats and Balls are not chewing toys so it is advisable to remove them after use in case your dog decides to chew on the rubber or material.

Leather Collars

  • To ensure a correct custom fit please follow this measurement guide  - Click here
  • The Leather is sealed and ready for use
  • To keep your leather in peak condition, use a leather conditioner that contains Bees Wax available online from leather goods suppliers.
  • Each collar is custom-made to the measurements you provide during the checkout, please make sure you measure your dog’s neck using the guide provided.
  • Nameplates can be replaced, the collar will need to be returned so it can be fitted, please email us for this service at info@tags4paws.com
  • Leather collars are to be removed when swimming or bathing your dog
  • If your leather collar gets wet, come in contact with salt water rinse off in fresh water and then air dry in the shade. 

Dog Tags

  • Dog & Cat Tags are personalised please make sure the spelling of your dogs or cats name, telephone numbers or any other information you provide is correct before you finalise your order.
  • Should your dogs or cats tag fall off or get damaged please contact us at info@tags4paws.com

 

Photo Key Chain & Pendants

  • Photo Key Chain & Pendants are personalised please make sure the spelling and photo supplied is correct. The higher the quality supplied the better the image will appear; JPEG & PNG file types are the two files types your images must be supplied in.
  •  Should your Photo Key Chain or pendant fall off or get damaged please contact us at info@tags4paws.com

What Payment methods do you offer?

We offer Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

What if a product is out of stock?

When a product is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart! We will do our best to replenish stock as soon as we can. 

Shipping

All Tags, Key Chains & Pendants are free shipping.

Leather Collars and Snuffle range are charged at Flat Rate of $9.95.

 

What are your shipping options?

We currently use Australia Post for all orders. This allows us to choose the fastest shipping method available and provides full visibility and tracking notifications via email and text.

How long before my order is processed and delivered?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

From here Australia Post will take it to your door within 2-8 business days depending on your location. This means a total maximum of 11 business days from placing your order for the majority of locations in Australia with standard shipping. Please note remote areas and WA may experience slightly longer lead times.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Currently, yes Australia Post accepts PO Box for delivery.

I live in a remote area; will I still get my order?

Whilst we endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible, those in remote areas may experience extended lead times. Please track your parcel, and reach out to us if you haven't received your order after 14 business days.

Do I need to be at home for the delivery?

All our online orders are delivered directly to your door with ‘Authority to leave’ as the default option. If you’re not home when the order arrives, our driver will leave the parcel at your address (as long as they believe it’s safe to do so).

If the driver is unable to find a safe space to leave your parcel unattended, they will leave a delivery card instead to collect from your local Australia Post Office.

Why was my order 'unable to be delivered?

‘Unable to deliver’ means that the driver couldn’t access the delivery location safely or they used their judgement to decide it wasn’t a good idea to leave the parcel unattended. 

In this instance you can follow the instructions on the delivery card left by the driver, or contact your local Australia Post Office.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Be mindful when inputting your address, as redirection to a new address is not available on our website once the order has been processed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been processed?

We are unable to cancel or make amendments to the contents of your order after your order has been processed. 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We currently only ship within Australia.

My order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which include Monday – Friday and exclude public holidays.

If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, please check your order confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct. If you still haven't received your order after 12 business days, please don't hesitate to send us an email at info@tags4paws.com.

I received notification that my parcel was delivered, but didn't receive it! Help?

If your delivery address is a business address, please check the mail room or reception.

If your delivery address is a home address, please note that all orders are delivered with ‘Authority to leave’ as the default option. The delivery driver may have left your order in a safe space around your property (such as the meter box, carport etc). 

In the instance they had been unable to access your property safely or unable to locate a safe space to leave your parcel unattended, you would have received a delivery card from the delivery driver with further instructions.
