Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Within Australia

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns and provide an exchange or refund for the below reasons: 

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and
  • You can provide proof of purchase

 We do not cover any products that have been damaged by pets.

All personalised Dog Tags or Leather Collars are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

Dog Tag engraving or name plates on leather collars can be replaced if an error is deemed to be a typo error done by Tags4Paws please contact us immediately at info@tags4paws.com.

Please make sure you follow our measurement guide for all our custom-fit collars as refunds will not be given for incorrect measurements provided.  Measurement Guide

Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. 

Unfortunately, after this 7-day deadline, we cannot accept any claims.

If an item is faulty or the wrong piece is sent, you have 7 days from receipt of delivery to notify us at info@tags4paws.com.

 Cancelling Orders

 Should you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, please contact us at info@tags4paws.com.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to retrieve it from our delivery service to cancel your order, unfortunately. In this case, please refer to the 'Returns and Exchanges' above.
