Shipping policy

How Tags4Paws delivers to you

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days as they are hand-made to order.

All items are shipped via Australia Post and can take 2–10 business days to deliver depending on your location, please note remote areas may experience slightly longer lead times.

Missing or Lost packaging

If your order is missing or lost, please check to make sure that the delivery address on your account is correct. Please contact Australia Post if your parcel is not delivered within the time period provided in the Australia Post App.  If your problem isn't resolved, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@tags4paws.com

My package arrived damaged

If you have received a box that isn’t in good condition, please take pictures to show the damage externally and internally. Please reach out to us with details and the images to info@tags4paws.com

You have the right to refuse the delivery if you believe the product contained is not in good condition.

Authority to Leave

All our online orders are delivered directly to your door with ‘Authority to leave' as the default option. The driver will leave the parcel at your address as long as they believe it’s safe to do so.

If the driver is unable to find a safe place to leave your parcel unattended, they will leave a delivery card instead. You will be able to follow the instructions on the delivery card or the tracking link in your email (or text message) from Australia Post to either organise a redelivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point. 

Changing Delivery Address

Redirection to a new address is not available on our website once the order has been processed. Please check your details are correct on the order confirmation received. If you see an error please contact us ASAP to make the correct via email at info@tags4paws.com

If you need to change your address for all future orders, please access your account online via my accounts page.

International Deliveries

Currently, we only ship to Australian domestic delivery addresses.
